Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 15, 2026

Andero Digital ("we", "us") builds interactive digital twins of physical spaces. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and platform, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you contact us: the name, email address, and project details you submit through our contact form. When you use the platform (with an account): the information you and your team enter — project, drawing, and field data — plus account details (name, email, role). Automatically: basic, privacy-preserving analytics and security logs from our CDN (Cloudflare) such as IP address and request metadata, used to keep the site available and secure. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

Why we use it

To respond to your inquiry, provide and operate the platform for your organization, secure our services, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us run the service (e.g., email delivery, hosting) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Platform data is retained for the duration of your engagement and handled per your agreement with us.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to know whether we sell or share it — we do not. To exercise any of these, email shawn@andero1.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Cookies

The platform uses a single essential, http-only session cookie to keep you signed in; it is not used for advertising. The marketing site uses Cloudflare's privacy-preserving analytics, which does not use cookies to fingerprint or track you across sites.
